  • Notice that:
    Test 1 usually covers Chapters 1 and 2
    Test 2 covers Chapters 3, 4 and 6
    Test 3 covers Chapters 7 and 8 (up to and including about 8.4)
    The final covers everything PLUS 8.5, 8.6 and Chapter 5 (or at least 5.1)
